ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN

Your role:

As Electrical Technician you will play a key role in the development, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of experts to drive innovation and contribute to the success of our groundbreaking projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting, motors, and control panels.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality and safety of electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify root causes of problems, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine the layout and configuration of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to coordinate projects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and components to verify performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of electrical parts and supplies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in electrical engineering and technology.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols in all your activities.

What you need to succeed:

• You are professionally certified to work in Luxembourg in the electrical field.
• You have 3+ years’ experience working as an Electrical Technician or similar role, preferably in a startup or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques (preferably working with high powers).
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing electrical installations and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
• In terms of languages, you must have good written and effective oral communication in English. Other languages are considered an asset.
• You have strong work ethics and passion to set and meet high performance standards.
• You have an agile, growth-oriented mindset and you are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to Maana.
