SENIOR ELECTROCHEMIST/MATERIAL SCIENTIST

Your mission

As a Senior Electrochemist in the Material Science department, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our research and development efforts. You will be responsible for leading projects, conducting experiments, and providing technical expertise to drive innovation in the field of energy materials. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that have the potential to shape the future of energy technologies..

Your tasks

• Lead material science research projects, from conceptualization to execution.
• Design and conduct experiments to develop and optimize materials for energy applications.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in material science and integrate them into our research initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior scientists and research teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of material science efforts with overall company objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in energy materials and propose novel solutions.
• Address complex challenges related to material properties, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with external research partners, universities, and industry experts to leverage collective knowledge and expertise.
• Represent the company in scientific forums and conferences to enhance our visibility within the scientific community.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, findings, and methodologies.
• Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to succeed

• Ph.D. or at least M.sc. in Material Science, Electrochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Electrochemist/Scientist or in a similar leadership role.
• Expertise in the design and characterization of materials and processes.
• Expertise in process industrialization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
